Friends Season 2
Overview
Friends Season 2 continues the story of the six friends. The season focuses on the will-they-won't-they relationship between Ross and Rachel. They finally get together, sharing their first kiss at Central Perk. The season also introduces new characters, including Ross's ex-wife, Carol (Jane Sibbett), and her partner, Susan (Jessica Hecht); and Monica's boyfriend, Richard Burke (Tom Selleck), an older, handsome ophthalmologist who is a friend of her father. The season features many memorable episodes, including "The One with the Prom Video," where the friends watch a video of Ross and Monica at their prom, and Rachel realizes how much Ross has always loved her; and "The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies," where Joey's character on Days of Our Lives is killed off. The second season ends with Ross and Rachel breaking up after Ross sleeps with another woman, Chloe, during a break.
