Overview
Peaky Blinders Season 6 is the sixth and final season of the historical crime drama. The season is set in 1933. Tommy (Cillian Murphy) is trying to destroy Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin) and his fascist movement. The season also deals with the aftermath of the death of Aunt Polly (Helen McCrory), who died in real life. The season is a meditation on grief, guilt, and the cost of power. Tommy is diagnosed with a terminal illness (a tuberculoma), which may be real or psychosomatic. The sixth season ends with Tommy faking his own death and retiring from the criminal life. He burns his caravan and rides away on a white horse. The story will continue in a film, The Immortal Man.
