The Mandalorian Season 1

Overview

The Mandalorian Season 1 is the first season of Disney+'s space Western series, set in the Star Wars universe. The first season follows a lone bounty hunter known only as "The Mandalorian" (Pedro Pascal) as he protects a young alien named Grogu (affectionately known as "Baby Yoda"). The series is set five years after the events of Return of the Jedi. The Mandalorian is a member of a warrior culture that wears distinctive T-shaped helmets and never removes them in the presence of others. He is hired to capture Grogu, but he cannot bring himself to turn him over. He goes on the run, protecting Grogu from the remnants of the Empire. The first season ends with the Mandalorian and Grogu becoming a family.
