Overview
The Office Season 8 continues the story of the Dunder Mifflin employees after Michael's departure. The season features a new manager, Deangelo Vickers (Will Ferrell), who leaves after a few episodes due to a brain injury. Robert California (James Spader) becomes the new CEO. The season also features Andy Bernard (Ed Helms) becoming the new regional manager. The eighth season is considered weaker than previous seasons, but it still has its moments. The season explores the dynamics of the office without Michael Scott.
