Overview
Fargo is a 2014 black comedy crime drama anthology television series created by Noah Hawley for FX, based on the 1996 film of the same name by the Coen Brothers. Each season of the series is set in a different time period and location in the upper Midwest, and features a new story with new characters, though there are some connections between seasons. The first five seasons have been released to critical acclaim. The sixth season has been announced but no release date has been set.
