Overview
300: Rise of an Empire is a 2014 epic historical action film directed by Noam Murro, a sequel to the 2006 film 300. The film takes place before, during, and after the events of the first film. It follows the Greek general Themistocles (Sullivan Stapleton) as he leads the Greek navy against the Persian navy, led by Artemisia (Eva Green), a fierce, vengeful commander.
